I was raised off the grid, a fairy amongst the redwoods trees and running free on the beaches in Northern California, so I have less societal conditioning than most people, and when I hear women speak about the ways that they shrunk themselves, people pleased, hid, needed to be perfect, had to be the “good girl”, berated their bodies, abused themselves, and abandoned themselves for the approval of others, and felt like they had to control everything it makes my skin crawl.
How sad it is that we put out the flame of such powerful beauty.
When I entered society, I felt so traumatized by these unspoken rules, and I just got into trouble at every turn because I do not behave.
In my own transformation I have learned to embody this power with presence and grace rather than chaos.
And it has allowed me to be a sacred disruptor rather than a chaos creator…
This is, I am a disruptor who is meant to trigger the deepest parts of you who have not felt safe to come ALIVE.
