In June of 2020, it downloaded through me while in a Kundalini Kriya, one that I had been doing since October 2nd, 2019, “In order to receive, I have to feel safe to receive.”
I had just graduated from my master’s program in depth and counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
I had been on a spiritual journey since 1999 when I downloaded enlightenment on the dance floor of a rave.
After writing Fiction for 10 years, I had fully committed to being a healer in 2014. It downloaded through me one day while on a psychedelic mushroom journey in Central Park in NYC, “I don’t want to write fiction anymore. I just want to help people heal.”
The next day, I fully committed and never looked back.
Yet, here I was, in 2019, being asked to write my VISION, and my mind was going blank. I couldn’t see what I wanted, and even when I could, my body contracted around it. I didn’t believe I would receive it.
None of this added up to who I was and what I believed.
I believed that MY energy creates my life.
I believed in my infinite power and wisdom and ability to create whatever I could conceive of.
And yet, I felt stuck.
This is when the download came through, “In order to receive I have to feel safe to receive.”
This is when I realized that it ALL comes back to how safe your nervous system feels to ALLOW you to receive it, which meant, I had to process the sneaky trauma coded into my nervous system and rewire my nervous system out of survival and into abundance.
In the past 5 years, I have become a nervous system, VISION, personal power, and receiving master.
I am a master in subtle energetics and the ways we unconsciously inhibit ourselves from receiving without even realizing it, the ways we contract and hide from our own infinite power because it has not felt safe to embody it, and I am a master at helping you create the internal safety to embody it and become your elevated self, which means your elevated energetic vibration.
I am a genius at guiding your nervous system to feel safe to create your VISION, embody your personal power, and learn the art of active receiving.
